– What is your return policy?

All of our products have a 20 day return/exchange/refund period for unopened and sealed items. The buyer is usually responsible for the cost of the return label. However, should you receive a defective or damaged item (not including disposable vapes), a shipping label will be provided for the return and the replacement item. We don’t offer replacements for defective disposable vapes but do offer a refund or store credit. Please visit our Refund & Return Policy

– How does the exchange process work?

Please fill out our Contact Form regarding the issue and a customer representative will follow up with instructions.

– What method of shipping do you use?

All of our packages are shipped through regional carriers, as it’s now illegal to ship vapes through USPS.

– How soon will my order ship?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST Friday are shipped Monday

– Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make changes to your order, please fill out our Contact Form as soon as possible, and we will gladly make any adjustments. However, once your order has shipped or processed, we are no longer able to make any changes. We will gladly work with you to find another solution should this occur.

– How can I view the status of my order?

After your order is placed, we will provide a tracking number for you to view the current status of arrival. Please note that tracking reflects an estimated time of delivery. Delays beyond our control, such as weather, misplaced packages, or orders sent on an incorrect route can all result in missed delivery dates.

– What if I don’t receive my item?

If a tracking number shows that the order has been delivered and you have yet to receive your item, contact us and we will promptly ship a replacement.

– What if I receive incorrect or damaged items?

If we make a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will definitely amend the situation. The correct order will be shipped out, NO COST to the buyer, along with a return label for the incorrect order. The same procedure will be implemented for damaged items.
